Refund policy

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Marshear Beauty. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it.

Changed your mind?

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unopened, unused, with any seals intact, and in its original packaging. To start a return, WhatsApp us at 012-683 2215 or email admin@marshear.com.my with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back — items returned without prior arrangement cannot be accepted.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the parcel. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges, at no cost to you.

Items we can't take back

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare, makeup or fragrance that has been opened, used, swatched or has a broken seal. Sale and clearance items, free gifts and samples are also non-returnable, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original (as above) and place a new order once the return is confirmed. If you've received the wrong item, we'll sort out the exchange for you directly.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the money in your account. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, contact us and we'll chase it for you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order in full if it has not yet been handed to J&T Express. Once it has been dispatched, please follow the return process above.
