Damaged or faulty goods
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any of the following reasons:
You can send it back to us. However, returns must be made within 12 days from date of purchase. Kindly inform Customer Service (send us an email with the subject stating "Return Item") before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
Which courier should I choose when i make the return?
After informing Customer Service, we will reply you stating which courier you should use when returning the items to us. Please provide us with the return parcel tracking number.
What about postage charges?
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process, then we will refund a maximum of RM5.00 for your return shipping charges.
Please allow up to 2 working days for this process to be completed.
What will I get back after returning the item(s)?
You can either choose to have a new and same item to be sent again or we will refund you the amount you paid to your bank account.
I am not entitled for the refund. Why?
The returned goods/products will be checked and if the goods/products has been used or intentionally damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 2 working days after the confirmation.
